What we collect

To send you an order we need your name, delivery address, phone number and email. If you sign up to our emails we keep your email address. That is it.

Payments

We do not see or store your card details. Payments are handled by Shopify and the payment providers shown at checkout.

The virtual try-on and shade match

These run entirely inside your own browser. Your camera feed and any photo you upload are processed on your device and are never uploaded, never stored, and never seen by us.

Analytics

Shopify records basic, anonymous information about how the site is used — pages viewed, where visitors came from — so we can see what is working.

Who else sees your data

Only the courier delivering your parcel, and Shopify as the platform running this store. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email. You can ask us to delete your details by emailing us.
