Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it when the order ships. If something is out of stock or priced wrongly, we will contact you before charging or shipping.

Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours on a screen are never an exact match for the product in your hand, and the virtual try-on and shade match are estimates rather than guarantees.

Using the products

These are cosmetic products, not medicines. Read the instructions, patch test where we tell you to, and stop if your skin reacts. If you have a skin condition or are pregnant, ask a doctor before starting something new.

Cancelling

You can cancel before your order ships. Once it is with the courier, use the returns process.

Returns and refunds

See our Returns page.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies.
