Seven days from the day your order arrives to send it back.

What we can take back

Anything unopened and unused, in its original sealed packaging.

What we cannot take back

Opened skincare, cosmetics and personal care items. Once a seal is broken the product cannot be resold safely, so it cannot come back. This is for the next customer's protection as much as anyone's.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

That is on us, sealed or not. Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and what you would like to return, and we will tell you where to send it.

Refunds

Once the item reaches us and we have checked it, the refund goes back the way you paid. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or mobile wallet.
